What work should be prepared for the membrane switch panel before screen printing?

1. Material preparation

Substrate treatment: Clean PET/PVC and other film substrates to ensure a dust-free and oil-free surface (commonly treated with alcohol or plasma).

Ink selection: Configure conductive ink (such as silver paste), insulating ink, or decorative ink according to functional requirements, and test electrical resistivity and adhesion.

2. Screen printing

Pattern design: Convert switch circuits, identification layers, etc. into vector files, paying attention to line width/spacing (usually ≥ 0.2mm).

Mesh stretching and exposure: Select a suitable mesh size (usually 200-400 mesh), apply photosensitive adhesive, and develop through UV exposure.

3. Process validation

Trial printing and parameter adjustment: Test printing pressure (0.2-0.5MPa), scraper angle (60 ° -75 °), and curing temperature (such as 80-120 ° C for UV ink).

Interlayer alignment calibration: Use optical positioning marks (Mark points) to ensure accurate stacking of multiple layers of printing.

4. Environmental control

Maintain a constant temperature and humidity in the dust-free workshop (recommended 25 ± 2 ℃, humidity 50 ± 5%) to prevent material deformation or ink coating.

The rigorous execution of these steps can avoid defects such as bubbles and broken wires, laying the foundation for subsequent die-cutting and assembly.
