Transparent PET printed silver conductive Metal Dome Array

Double-layer structure with printed silver conductive Metal Dome Array switch, 15KEY*5*4mm nickel-plated 130g Metal Dome Array button sticker

Product Characteristics

1. Printing is used on the conductive film (PET-Metal Dome Array) of the pot slice to control the impedance of the printing surface to 0.1Ω or below, creating a blocking effect on electrical noise and static electricity to achieve a floating sound quality effect.

2. It serves as a protective circuit when static electricity penetrates.

3. Compared to existing single-layer or double-layer conductive films, the manufacturing process is more complex.

4. It exhibits strong adaptability to continuously changing climates.

Overview

A common occurrence is the weakening or delay of signals due to electromagnetic interference (EMI) interacting with electronic components. To mitigate this, a layer of silver paste is often silk-screened onto the surface of Mylar to prevent such interference. EMI structures generally come in two types: a "grid-like" structure covering only parts of the surface, and a full-screen covering. Both serve the same purpose of shielding interference, differing mainly in appearance. EMI structures, characterized by high conductivity and electromagnetic shielding efficiency, are printed above Mylar (viewed from the front of the product) as Electrostatic Discharge Control (ESD). EMI primarily aims to prevent static electricity from harming target electronics and surrounding products.
